Structured Discipleship

In essence, a Christian is someone who believes in the Triune God – God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. A Christian holds faith that Jesus Christ is the son of God, believes in his incarnation as a human, His crucifixion for the believer’s sins, His resurrection on the third day, conquering death, and His ascension into heaven. The core commandments are to love God with all your heart and treat others the way you want to be treated (the Golden Rule).

What does it mean to be a Christian? It’s more than just professing belief; it involves cultivating a personal relationship with God, engaging in daily prayer, embodying Christian values, and engaging in Christian community. Sometimes we may claim to serve God but become entangled in worldly distractions, neglecting our relationship with the Almighty. Each person’s journey with God is unique, requiring daily attention and effort. Maintaining a consistent relationship with God is paramount.

Whether you’re exploring faith, a new convert, or a seasoned believer, this guide serves to fortify your Christian foundation and enrich your daily walk with Christ.
